Therapy for Executives & High-Achievers in NYC
Confidential, evidence-based therapy for leaders, founders, and professionals — in person near Union Square or by secure video.
Senior professional life carries particular pressures: sustained responsibility, visibility, long hours, and little room to attend to one's own wellbeing. Anxiety and stress are common under these conditions, and they respond well to structured, evidence-based treatment.
Who I work with
C-suite leaders, founders and entrepreneurs, attorneys, physicians, and finance and creative professionals — people whose work is demanding, whose time is scarce, and whose privacy matters. Many come for help with high-functioning anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, panic, sleep, big transitions, or the strain success can place on relationships and health.
How I help
The approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapted to each person. Treatment identifies what is driving the stress, builds specific tools to manage it, and works toward measurable progress within a reasonable time frame. Most sessions end with something concrete to practice.

- Format. In person in Union Square or by secure video across New York State.
